DYNAMIC SPEED, STRENGTH, & POWER TRAINING

A system of progressive elite training that consists of explosive resistant and non-resistant actions. Athletic instruction emphasizes proper form, coordination, and balance to increase positional performance for any sport. Classes available for youth 8-18 years of age, collegiate & professionals.

FIGHT FOR CHANGE

A series of classes, 5 days a week, designed for all fitness levels! Workouts consist of high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), using weights and body weight for strengthening, toning, and reducing overall body fat percentage.

KIDSWERK

Fun, interactive  fitness classes for the kids to enjoy while you train. Promoting children's health and nutrition to fight against child obesity. 



TRAINING SESSION PLANS

No contracts. Fees. Gimmicks or strings attached. Choose a single 1-hour session, eight (8) sessions, twelve (12) sessions, or unlimited sessions per month. Flexibility and affordability when you need it.
